We are now offering Birth Boot Camp classes through our new partner, Hunter Clayburn! Hunter is an experienced Childbirth Educator with a background as a doula and midwife assistant.
This 7-week series offers comprehensive education for expecting parents. Topics include nutrition & exercise, preparing mentally, physically & emotionally for birth, stages of labor and variations of labor, birth planning, newborn procedures & care, breastfeeding, and more!
Class Time: Tuesday evenings 6:30pm-8:45pm.
Dates: Spring Session May 12, 19, 26, June 2, 16, 23, 30
Class Fee: $300. This class series is FREE for those who purchase our Gold or Platinum birth doula packages and there is a $50 discount for all other Lone Star Birth clients.
Location: 17240 Huffmeister Rd. Suite 103, Cypress TX 77429. (New Location!) Classes are located in our upstairs classroom. There is no elevator access.
