Lone Star Birth offers a 1-Day Intensive Birth Workshop! This class combines traditional educational and hands-on portions that help prepare you for birth. Spouses are strongly encouraged to attend.

- Newborn Care and Initiating Breastfeeding
- Birth Planning and Preparation
- Local Resources, Pack Lists, & More!
Workshops are from 9am-5pm at our Cypress office with a lunch break. We are located at 14150 Huffmeister Rd, Suite 211.
Space is very limited and workshops fill fast so please register today by emailing jen@lonestarbirth.com. The fee for the public is $180. Our Workshop is included at no additional cost to families that book our Gold and Platinum Birth Support Packages.

Private Birth Class Sessions
We offer private childbirth education sessions that can cover the above topics and more. These are scheduled on Mondays and Fridays between 9am-5pm at our Cypress office, and are approximately 2 hours per session. Private sessions can be tailored to your unique situation and needs. Purchase one alone or as many are as needed to help you feel equipped and prepared for birth. $180 per session due at booking. Please email jen@lonestarbirth.com to book.
