7-Week Birth Boot Camp
We are now offering Birth Boot Camp classes through our new partner, Hunter Clayburn! Hunter is an experienced Childbirth Educator with a background as a doula and midwife assistant.
This 7-week series offers comprehensive education for expecting parents. Topics include nutrition & exercise, preparing mentally, physically & emotionally for birth, stages of labor and variations of labor, birth planning, newborn procedures & care, breastfeeding, and more!
Class Time: Tuesday evenings 6:30pm-8:45pm.
Dates: Summer Session: 7 consecutive weeks July 14, 21, 28, August 4, 11, 18, & 25.
Class Fee: This class series is FREE for those who purchase our Gold or Platinum birth doula packages and there is a $50 discount for all other Lone Star Birth clients. $300 for the general public.
Location: 17240 Huffmeister Rd. Suite 103, Cypress TX 77429. (New Location!) Classes are located in our upstairs classroom. There is no elevator access. Please come dressed comfortably and ready to move around. Spouses are included in the class fee and are highly encouraged to attend.

2-Day Express Class
Our 2-day class is meant to equip expectant couples with the tools and knowledge they need for a successful birth experience in a short period of time. This class is 4 hours for two Saturdays in a row and will cover all the basics. Perfect if you’re tight on time or want a refresher class.
Our next 2-Day Express Birth Boot Camp will be held on June 20th and 27th from 9am-1pm at our Cypress office. The class fee is $175 for the public and free for Lone Star Birth clients that have purchased the GOLD and PLATINUM packages.

Private Classes
Don’t see anything that will work for you? Contact us to schedule a private session. Private sessions are scheduled during our weekday office hours and last 2-3 hours. Fee: $175.
The Village: Motherhood Connection Group
Please drop-in on the 2nd and 4th Friday of the month from 10-11:30am to connect with other new mothers in a safe and non-judgemental space.
We will offer time to meet others who are going through similar experiences, and a time for prayer, fellowship, and education on topics such as: postpartum emotions, sleep deprivation survival, feeding babies without overwhelm, marriage after kids, work/life balance, making friends as moms, nervous system regulation & stress, faith during motherhood, and identity outside of “just mom”.
A suggested $10 donation is welcomed but this class is free and open to the public. Lone Star Birth hosts this group as a way for members of the community to connect and create a “Village” of support.
