We are located on the first floor inside Heartstone Wellness.
Snacks and water are provided. Your spouse and/or birth partner is free and is strongly encouraged to attend.
For all workshops please dress comfortably and be ready to move around. Bring a list of questions! There will be plenty of time to chat and ask questions in a casual, judgement free environment.
